  * Met with Kenny to clear up some confusion able the data pipeline and to guide us to the right direction
     * we do not need to use a virtual machine to work on the data pipeline, we can just work on the pi instead
     * Things we need to complete
        * Create Posgresql User
        * Create Database
        * Create Table
  * updated Test Gateway documentation
  * Learned that the .CSV files are automatically made if they are missing in the folder
  * Learned that .CSV files removed from src folder will not gather new data   
  * Updated Test Gateway code, Now Runs in Python3
