===== Updates =====
  * Added an LED to show flash accordingly when data was being transmitted or received
  * Pulled transmit and receive code into one file
      * Idea was that when data needs to be stored in a variable
      * Keeps the variable local to the file
      * Removed unnecessary code that wasn't apart of data transmission 
      * Added a flag to flash accordingly when data was being transmitted or received
    
===== Issues ======
  * Variables in code not recognized but was initiated
  * Transmitting was successful but received was not
      * Observed on the added LED

  * Document everything
