**Attended: Mizpah, Sharmaine, Xiao**

=== Updates === 
  * Andrew mentioned that it's up to us whether or not we redesign our PCB
  * We'll try to build our bare Arduino board and have it run at 5V and 16MHz to check if it works. 
        - Bare Arduino works with 5V, 16MHz
  * Finished modifying schematic and PCB --> Atmega runs on 5V, Xbee runs on 3.3V
        - Ordered new PCB and 5V regulator 

===To Do===
  * Have to make Bare Arduino run on 3.3V with 8MHz while waiting for new PCB and voltage regulator to be delivered
