====Meeting Minutes April 25, 2017====

===Updates===

   * Fixed problem.
     * Xbee was only receiving 2.7 V. Before we were able to run on 2.8V, but at 2.7V it doesn't seem to work
     * Switched out our LM3940 3.3V regulator with the LM1086 3.3V
     * Now Xbee gets 3.3V
     * Relay works again. We assume the main problem was that the xbee not getting 3.3V
