  * Continue populating new PCB
  * Continue debugging 2nd PCB: conclusion: solar chip is not soldered on properly
       - since LEDs are not connected to ground
       - solution: resolder solar chip

  * resolder solar chip on the second board
  * Finish up populating new board

  * Resoldered solar chip 
  * Debug solar chip
    * resoldered but same problems as before
  * tried running on the 3rd board. same problems as before 
  * leaking voltage? 
    * Kenneth mentioned that their board before had problems with the switch as the switch was leaking voltage into the board. 
    * we removed the switch and soldered on wires in its place on TX and RX

  * Continue Debugging solar chip. 
  * Work with Firmware team to debug.
