  * Still waiting for Dr. Kuh to send signed ordered forms
  * was going to do range testing using XBee S2C, but bare Bumblebee board was not working
        - couldn't upload program: not in sync error
        - solution: changed wires to smaller one (exact size)
                - reupload blink program --> worked

  *  reupload relay code to bare Bumblebee board
  * Conduct range testing using S2C
