  * Correctly bootloaded the second board, wrote the instructions on our page
  * Tested both sensor boards, they both work (need to debug solar panel)
  * Submitted the stuff for Ron Ho (to buy the boards)

  * Don't know how to test XBee transmit
  * Don't have GPS and RTC programmed
  * Solar Panel voltage is weird
