  * Almost done soldering boards, will finish this week
  * Possibly redo boards and send them out again this semester using Ron Ho funds ($200)?
               * Fix 470 uF packages, fix Vcc to solar panel, make RTC and GPS SMDs
               * Continue working on 4.0 boards (finish two this semester)
               * Work on 4.1 boards next semester with Emily?

====Problems====
  * Wrong packages for the four 470 uF capacitors on the sensor board

====Solutions====
  * For 4.0 we will use the 4700 uF capacitor because the leads will allow us to solder it onto the board

  * PDR next saturday
  * Begin debugging next week (hopefully)
