  * <del>Board is dead</del> Board was not dead, nor did water get inside
    * After getting back up on the roof, we discovered that the board transmitted after power cycling
    * We believe the board stopped transmitting due to a ghost voltage as it might have done before
  * Revamped housing design
  * Printed out Dragon Fruit Schematic
==== Problems ==== 
  * Board died on Saturday February 11th
  * Last packet sent was at 7:49 am 
  * There was a rainstorm on this day, <del> water probably the cause</del>
  * No water damage, but uncertain why packets stopped sending
    * should try to make the housing more water tight
  * Currently not deployed
==== Tasks ====    
  * Program and debug populated board
    * Not having much luck
    * May need to do a board check
    * Possible that some parts need to be swapped out
  * Battery Test (began on 4/17)
  * Remove LED pins on MCP to use for Ghost Voltage Tests
  * Decide where to place diodes, 0Ω resistors, and new parts
  * Swap solar panel connector
