==== Problems ====
  * Board stops transmitting even while supplied with 3.1V
    * Sometimes because of movement
    * Sometimes when moved a lot, still transmits perfectly
    * Sometimes stops transmitting when some pins are touched, but not all the time
  * Board definitely stops transmitting when power is shorted to ground even for a very short time
  * Voltage inconsistencies throughout the board at random times
  * Power budget
    * Estimate : 6 days
    * Actual : 2 days

  * Draft new PCB with GPS
    * get rid of led debug lights on sensor board
  * Better solder charging circuit and MCU 
  * Roof data power budget
    * Grab current data of all parts from MCU?
    * Current test of entire board (come up with the best way)
    * possible current sensor implementation for Solar Panel
  * Voltage test (and transmission tests)
    * Voltages with and without XBee
