  * bootloaded and tested new Rev DII board
  * Declared blue dot board as dysfunctional; do not continue testing with it
  * Breaking the connection on the PCB to Vboard (free floating) causes battery and solar panel voltages to result in incorrect readings
         * using the voltage divider: battery voltage results in about 3.3V 
                  * need to bring value below Vcc
