  *Attempted to establish communications between board and test gateway but were unsuccessful

  *Performed test on charging circuit with PCB connected to the battery while charged by the solar panel
  *No significant voltage increase in the battery was shown
  *Determined the issue to be the terminals of the thermistor were accidentally shorted, making the board think temperatures were too high
  *Left PCB out to test charging circuit
