Tested the board by connecting to battery and solar panel and smoked the trace resulting in a trace-loss, there is no power being delivered to the voltage regulator but not being sent throughout the rest of the board. The second board zapped when testing voltages resulting in a BME fault, after reset it would correctly read values once, and continue to pick up faulty readings. We were able to create a connection between the XBee and the board.
