  * Final Draft of housing complete
    * Finished printing bottom of housing
    * Finished printing housing box
  * Final touches completed on PCB
  * PCB approved and ready to mill
    * changes to be made




=====Problems=====
  * XBee able to communicate one way but not both (Resolved within the week)
      * Ripped up breadboard to redo
      * Problem fixed with help of Jaimie
      * Xbee was not being powered
  * Last minute changes to PCB
      * Voltage divider connected to Atmega and Solar Panel diode to read panel voltage
      * Add DCIN component to Schematic and then to PCB
  * Last minute changes to housing 
      * make port for solar panel cable to charging chip
      * account for battery
