  *ISSUE SOLVED: capacitor was connected improperly
  *Just kidding, still got error; "programmer is not responding"
  *Redid wiring on breadboard
  *ISSUE ACTUALLY SOLVED: Upon rewiring, noticed there was mysterious power wire connected to pin 6 on ATmega; reran blink and bme280 sensor example codes, no errors
  *Started implementing apogee sp-215 to bare arduino
