  *Finished constructing Bare Arduino 
  *Cut and stripped wire to make board more neat 
  *Got blinking light to work on Bare Arduino
  *Needed to move components further to the top of the board to make room for BME 280, SP-215, and Xbee
  *Connected BME 280 to Bare Arduino
  *Resolved issue from last week by rebuilding from scratch according to tutorial
  *Had issues with a faulty Atmega328P chip, so needed to replace it
