Purpose: to create a better website for our lab.

===== Requirements =====

  * A place students can go to if they're interested in joining our lab
  * A place where professors and researchers can go to if they're interested in seeing what we do
  * Lists all our lab members
  * Describes all of our projects

===== Tasks =====

  - Complete some research on websites in general 
    * What kind of types are there? What purposes do different websites serve? What kind of content are they serving (images, etc.
    * We need this information to get a better sense of what we should do with the SCEL website.
  - Describe what kind of website our lab's website is meant to be, and what kind of content we'll be serving mostly. 
  - Create a feature list for our website 
    * For example, we'll need some things like: a membership page, projects page, membership page. 
  - Prioritize feature list so we can implement. 
    * Briefly state the reason for prioritizing items that way.
    * We'll need to prioritize things because we're time and labor constrained to implement them.
  - Create a diagram highlighting the structure of the website. 
    * This should help us implement things as well as help validate that what we've done so far.
