  * Students who have recently joined the lab
    * Give access to the dropbox
  * Soldering Workshop
    * Conrad and Jon will be leading these sessions
      * Decide on estimated day and time
        * Start next week on soldering
        * Probably two weeks from now
    * Keoni and Alex will learn
  * Forecasting Sessions on Fridays at 3:30 pm
    * Sessions start this Friday, 2/6
    * Sessions will be run by Seyyed
    * Anyone in lab is welcome to sit in and learn
  * Requests for parts
    * By next week
  * Hardware weekly team meetings
    * Tentatively Wednesdays at 3:30

  * Weatherbox was deployed on Holmes Hall this past Friday
  * Sustainability Summit
    * February 26-28 in Campus Center Ballroom
    * Presentation and program sharing on the 27th

    * Student and professor fees to attend
    * Submit proposal by next week Monday or Tuesday
    * Can use already made poster
  * Conrad will be using Dr. Garmire’s reflow oven
  * Need to design new housing and enclosure
    * Talk to Zach after meeting

  * Can order more hotwire sensors but unsure of reliability

    * Use Garmire’s reflow oven or buy our own soldering oven
      * Need it for QFN

    * Gathering info for website
    * Need to do Jeckel for new website

    * Weatherbox is up and still running properly
