=====Updates=====
  * Compared the fourier transform of the microphone readings at different fan settings
      * Filtered out the DC component
      * Determined that there isn't any useful information from just the fourier transform
      * There's been some difficulty with implementing different Fourier analysis techniques, so this analysis will be put on hold. 
  *  Found a hardware implementation for an interrupt which led to consistent measurements for counting clock cycles.

  * To Do:
      * Replicate Andy's test and results with four microphones and in different environments by the end of this week
      * Design a PCB by the end of this week
      * Etch/mill PCB by the first week of November
      * Test hardware interrupt implementation.
