====== Teamwork ====== Teamwork is an essential part of the Smart Campus Energy Lab. ===== Team Evaluations ===== The following ratings will be used to evaluate team members. Evaluations will not be shared with any members outside the leadership team. **Guidelines** - Provide comments in your submission giving the reasons for your ratings and a description of how the teamwork is going in your team. - Excellent ratings are to be given sparingly - your evaluations shouldn't normally consist of ALL excellent evaluations. ^ Rating ^ Description ^ | Excellent | Consistently did more work and took on more team responsibilities than they were assigned, tutored/mentored teammates, always well prepared and cooperative | | Very Good | Consistently did what he/she was supposed to do, very well prepared and cooperative | | Satisfactory | Usually did what he/she was supposed to do, acceptably prepared and cooperative | | Average | Often did what he/she was supposed to do, minimally prepared and cooperative | | Marginal | Sometimes failed to show up or complete assignments, rarely prepared | | Deficient | Often failed to show up or complete assignments, rarely prepared | | Unsatisfactory | Consistently failed to show up or complete assignments, unprepared | | Superficial | Practically no participation | | No Show | No participation at all | This evaluation table is taken from Tep Dobry's website: http://www-ee.eng.hawaii.edu/~tep/EE160/S10/eval.html ===== Sample Evaluation ===== Zachary Dorman - Very Good Christie Obatake - Excellent Kenny Luong - Very Good Bob Russ - No Show Bob Russ didn't show up during the entire semester. Besides that the team has been working well together. We sometimes find it hard to meet since our schedules dont line up with each other but everyone pitches in and it feels like we're one cohesive group working towards something. Christie has been instrumental in helping the other members of the team as well as those from other teams, often staying late to help people with things that they're having trouble with.
