• Recruit freshmen, sophomore and juniors for the next school year. We need talent to help continue driving the technical development of the lab.
• Deploy 10 weatherboxes by spring break of 2016 (multiple rooftops)
• Document EVERYTHING!
• Find more mentors and mentor the new recruits
• Networking team will spool up in spring 2016

This semester, we saw a massive growth for the lab, with over 20 new undergraduate students being added to the lab. We've never had this problem before. While it's certainly a good problem to have, it comes with it's own issues.
