There is currently no documentation for the test gateway. I also suspect it might be running an outdated version of the gateway. It would be good to document this setup and make sure that it's written down somewhere - that way, it can be easily re-created by someone.

Thoughts:

• Rename to staging gateway?
• Automated provisioning
