• Worked on Mid Semester Progress Report

• Finish Mid Semester Progress Report DUE 10/31/18 by noon

• Will be working with cranberry's board for deployment
• Changed the destination address of cranberry's Xbee to relay's serial high and low
• Connected a 5V step-down/step-up voltage regulator
  1. Bare Arduino will be connected to solar panel and battery so the voltage going in the board needs to be regulated

• Ask firmware where to locate cranberry's code
  1. change the address to relay Xbee
• Finish preparation for deployment
  1. make sure relay Xbee receive packets from cranberry and be able to transmit to gateway

• Deployment Day
  1. Was able to transmit before closing (taping) the box
  2. After clamping the box, it wasn't transmitting any data - not sure whether it is the Bumblebee or Cranberry's board
  3. Since we ran out of time, we decided not to deploy.
  4. Also decided to hold off on deploying Bumblebee until we have our PCB board ready. Figured out that the connections are not stable since we are using wires.
