Found 10 microfarad capacitors online
added velcro to the cover printed
Started a parts order list
Looked at Housing models Solidworks
Started populating other Apple v4.3 boards
Met with Dr.Kuh
For the apple base, the slit (that holds the apple 4.3 PCB) was drawn in Solidworks to have a slit width of 1.75mm because the actual PCB has a width of 1.5mm (physically measured). This way it would give the PCB some wiggle room. However, the ultimaker3 in the lab for some reason has terrible, just absolutely horrendous tolerance issues. So Gordon bumped up the slit width to 2.00 mm and then printed it on the ultimaker3. After that, the PCB's fit in the slit was super snug. Based on this, we can assume the ultimaker3 is off by .25mm or so, please keep this in mind for future housing people. Gordon came to this conclusion because he printed other components of the apple housing at the fab lab and at home using his own printer and the dimensions came out much MUCH closer to what was drawn on Solidworks.
