Fixes

• Unable to program bare arduino
  • Took out reset button
  • Changed pull up resistor to reset pin from 1k to 10k
  • Connected RTS pin of FTDI in series with 0.1uF capacitor to reset pin of pic
  • Still only works once (Unable to program a second time)
