   1. SCEL is within REIS.

1. Why are the boxes close to each other (neighboring buildings have sensor nodes)?
   1. XBee range is a limiting factor
   2. More nodes = more data collection = better forecasting = better real time data and response

1. Is forecasting one minute into the future good enough?
   1. Want to be able to be predict the changing ramps
   2. When it's sunny going sunnier (?)(and vice-versa), there are small deviations with the sun intensity.
   3. When it's cloudy, there are large deviations which can be responded to accordingly.
