Software Team Meeting #25 - April 5, 2019

Updates
- Helped Dashboard with changing html/css homepage layout by using separate containers instead of a single one
- Helped Bumblebee with debugging board on issue with clock doesn't match wanted voltage
- bumblebee is using a 3.3V at 16MHz rather than 3.3V at 8MHz or 5V at 16MHz. However, parts of code work with the way it is set up. Will have to continue debugging to see if team bumblebee needs to switch to either 3.3V or 5V with respective clocks.
