Finished bare Arduino(programmed blink test to ATMEGA328 chip, successfully loaded data from BME280 chip, and successfully loaded data from SP215.)

Problems encountered:

Had to re-program Bare Arduino since when we did last week we had taken a shortcut by using the Arduino Breakout board instead of the FTDI, but we got it working this time. We think that the FTDI we were using last week was broken since it was showing connection on Mike's computer, and we also hadn't used a capacitor from the DTR pin on the FTDI to pin 1 on the ATMEGA chip. Once we did both those things, it started working.
