- ISSUE SOLVED: capacitor was connected improperly
- Just kidding, still got error; “programmer is not responding”
- Redid wiring on breadboard
- ISSUE ACTUALLY SOLVED: Upon rewiring, noticed there was mysterious power wire connected to pin 6 on ATmega; reran blink and bme280 sensor example codes, no errors
- Started implementing apogee sp-215 to bare arduino
