+**Why**: Students in the UH EE department often don't get much of an opportunity to directly interact with senior students and alumni to get advice. As such, students may not hear certain bits of advice until later on during their academic careers when it is too late. We have a unique opportunity to pass on advice and knowledge from our senior members of the lab as well as alumni.
