Line 1: Line 1:
-====== Final Presentation Guidelines ======
-
-The final presentation will give everyone a general overview of your project for the semester, why you've done it and what you've done. It should provide enough context for anyone who walks in on the day of the final presentation. The final presentation will also be good practice to prepare for your poster presentation - it will help you to describe what you've been doing for the semester.
-
-**This presentation will be recorded (video) for documentation purposes.**
-
-====== Date and Time ======
-
-The proposal presentations will be held on Saturday, December 5, from 8:30 am to 12 pm in Holmes Hall 389. Please respond to the google calendar invite that was sent out, and if you cannot make it, please also email Christie ([email protected]).
-
-====== Attendees ======
-
-The final presentation will be open to any other students/professors/staff who wish to attend. For this meeting, we ask that external attendees RSVP on a list so we know how many people show up.
-
-====== Attire ======
-
-Please wear **business casual attire** to this presentation. Men should wear a collared shirt and slacks. Women should wear a dress, or a blouse and skirt or slacks. Please do NOT wear jeans. We will be taking pictures for our website as well as recording the presentations for documentation purposes.

-When presenting, please keep the criteria from the following rubric in mind: {{:x96_syllabus:presentationrubric.pdf}}. We will give teams feedback based off of this criteria.
-
-
-  * Each team will have **12 minutes** to present with **5 minutes** afterwards for questions
-  * **Presentations should be saved to the Dropbox** (SCEL > General > Papers & Presentations > x96 > Fall 2015 Final Presentations) at least 30 minutes before the meeting starts
