-Teams will have **8 minutes** to present with a couple minutes afterwards for questions.

-  * Presentations should be saved to the Google Drive (SCEL > General Docs/Media > Papers & Presentations > x96 > 2016 Spring Presentations > 2016 Spring Proposal Presentations) at least 30 minutes before the meeting starts 
-  * Files should be saved as < Your team name >​_Proposal_Presentation.pptx. For example, the Dragonfruit design team will name their presentation as “Dragonfruit_Proposal_Presenation.pptx”.
