Sensor Network
Abstract sensor network for data. Although the sensor network will be primarily serving the weatherbox network for now, the goal is to have a framework for an easily deploy-able and open source backend for anyone to collect data in the future.

Constructs
- Master - controls the overall network. Can be hooked up to other master controllers to be a federated network
- Base Station - Responsible for data collection - can be deployed in more remote locations
- Node - individual elements that collect data.
