Updates
- Voltage of ~3.9V still remains at the Xbee power supply pin without the 3.3V regulator supplying power
- The power supply pin for Xbee receiving power from somewhere via ground.
- We found a short in one of the (defective?) capacitors and this could be shorting the Xbee power supply pin
