Improvements for PCB Design

Fix the charging chip issue with Battery and Load seemingly being switched.
Address FTDI and Xbee issue.
Add LEDs for things like power, status, transmit, etc.
Fix orientation of sensor to stay within board
Explore option of LCD display debugging tool, etc.
On/Off switch for entire board.
