Website Team Meeting - February 16, 2016

Updates
- Created the “Bare Arduino” circuit on breadboard
- Used pre programmed ATMEGA microcontroller to test (pre programmed on the Arduino Uno)
- did not use the USB to Serial Breakout to program the microcontroller
- Began the Eagle diagram of the ATMEGA microcontroller
- Began reading data from Humidity sensor
