Onboarding Guide
This guide will help you to get started with our lab's tools and procedures. Regardless if you've joined us as an x96 student or not, you should find this a good starting place to start contributing to our lab.
Everyone
These are things everyone should do when they come on board.
Make sure you have access to the following things:
Wiki
Slack
Google Calendar
Google Drive
Write a message on
Slack - say hello!

All x96 students
Put your weekly meeting time on the calendar (make sure you have access).
Follow the instructions
here.
Create a folder in the google drive for your team's documents.
Create a team channel on
Slack.
Click the plus button on the side bar next to “Channels”.
Insert your team name as your Channel name.
Invite others on your group and your mentor to the channel.
Sign up for x96 Funding.
If you have not done so yet, please contact Dr. Sasaki at
[email protected] to get access to the EE x96 Project Purchasing and Reimbursements Laulima page.
Please note that if you decide to purchase items on your own, you will need to save your receipts for reimbursement, and the reimbursement for the purchase will be taxed.

Go through the links and read them carefully

Please decide on a team name for your group.
Create a Wiki page for your team
Have someone on your team create a wiki page for your group.

Under the section “Prototype Sub-Teams” add another row to the table and fill in your team’s information.
