Spring 2017 Roadmap

  • Recruit freshmen, sophomore and juniors for the next school year. We need talent to help continue driving the technical development of the lab.
  • Deploy 10 weatherboxes
  • Continue to find rooftops to deploy weatherboxes (multiple rooftops)
  • Document EVERYTHING!
  • Develop mentors and leadership team
  • Start networking team

  17. Finish updating and deploying new website
  18. Jaimie has a suggestion on the CURRICULUM.
    1. Find way to incorporate reading and discussing academic papers
    2. Maybe make this a regular thing for our lab. Required so it shows.
  19. Talk to Dr. Kuh about the Wind Sensor Team
    1. Noah, the man who works with HI-Capacity, was interested in the wind sensor.
  20. Contact Scott about his team.
  21. Look over the end of the semester survey to find out where to place people for next semester.
    1. Find out who is continuing for sure next semester.
  22. Have our own meetings to start breaking things up.
    1. Ask for feedback from the big 3.
  23. Reorganize this list for feedback.
