Introduction: 10:00am - 10:30am
- Introductions of all members
- Introduction to REIS and the weatherbox project
Lab rules and procedures: 10:30am - 10:45am
x96 syllabus: 10:45am - 11:00am
Introduction to our internal tools: 11:00am - 11:20am
Team Session: 11:20am - 11:50am
- Explain the goals and tasks of each subteam
- Split into subteams
- Determine weekly meeting time
- Give room access codes to members
- Have new members fill out the non-disclosure forms
- Have new members determine weekly lab hours
Tour of the lab: 11:50am - 12:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:15pm
Internship Session: 1:15pm - 2:15pm

When
- Orientation session should be held around the second weekend of the semester
- Send out a doodle to determine the day on the weekend
- Sessions are mandatory
  - Those who cannot make it need to reschedule a time to meet with the project manager
