The purpose of the orientation meeting is to get everyone who is new to the lab up to speed about expectations and procedures. After leaving the meeting, new members should at least have vague sense of what their role is in the lab.

  • When
    • Orientation session should be held the first weekend of the semester
    • Sessions are mandatory
      • Those who cannot make it need to reschedule a time to meet with the project manager
  • Where
    • iLab is confirmed from 10:00am - 3:00pm
  • Potluck
  • Send out a Google Spreadsheet to all members and ask them to fill in the dish they will be bringing
