It would be nice to just have a place where a long term roadmap was defined. Of course, it doesn't have to be static and shouldn't be static but this is something we haven't had before. It might be helpful for current students to know what's in the future.

This can be re-visited at the beginning of every semester, and changed as needed. If there are more students that semester, the schedule can be compressed. And if there are less, it can be stretched out.

This roadmap can also contain information about how many students are expected to stay in the lab as well.

• Software
• Firmware
• Infrastructure Improvements
