Meeting Minutes February 28, 2017

Updates
- Start on PDR presentation
- Tested communication between Xbee using Xbee shield and with Xbee connected to computer
- Was able to confirm the Xbee on the Xbee shield was receiving a packet from the computer
- Determined that how we are wiring the Xbee with the bare Arduino is probably wrong, since we used the same code
- Not able to send packets from the Xbee with the Xbee shield
