  • Develop skills in: programming, hardware design (PCBs and AutoCAD), hardware fabrication (3D printing and soldering), communication, time management, teamwork, and leadership

  • What is a microgrid?
  • - A microgrid is a small scale model of an entire electric system.
  • In reference to renewable energy sources, why is there concern about the stability of the grid?
    1. 2. Renewable energy sources are inconsistent as the grid would have to account for days in which there are excess energy generated and days where there are very little energy produced.
