Team Apple Meeting Minutes for October 28, 2016
Updates
- Met with Dr. Kuh
- Met with Tryston on Wednesday to go over the progress
- Received housing files from Tryston
- 3D Printed one mounting piece
- Kyaw:
- completed the updated version of Apple PCB design version 3.5.4
- sent the PCB design to Tryston for checkup
- Makamae & Kenny
- worked on soldering / debugging two previous Team Apple's board for deployment
- began working on updating power budget
- Made a checklist to organize the tasks we received
Apple v 3.5.4
- Wired EN pin from GPS to digital pin 10 on Arduino
- Took out the two extra 0 ohms resistors from Solar Panel Power section
- Added 3×1 pin header for switch from charging circuit to regulators
- Took out extra 'Future Sensor'
- Switch RX and TX pins from XBEE to digital pins 2 and 9
- Put new 5V on/off switch sot 23-6 package
Issues
- Trouble figuring out the best way to find power consumption by the breakout boards on the Apple board
Reminders
- CDR presentation in 2 weeks
- 0 Ohm resistors in the new design
