• Soldered more parts onto PCB #5, version 2
  • Schematic previously followed found to be for version 1
  • Version 2 schematic and eagle files found, soldering will continue
  • Parts on each version are relatively the same, therefore no major changes need to be made
• Found a fully soldered version 2 Dragon Fruit PCB on solder bench, labeled as #3
• Previously, board #4 was being used to program and deploy, but failed proved to be faulty and stopped transmitting after being handled
• Board #3 fully programmed without any problems
  • Board #3 continues to transmit even after being completely disconnected, then reconnected (board #4 would need to be reprogrammed if this was done)
  • Board #3 deemed as deployable by firmware
    • XBee, Sensors, and Housing ready for deployment
    • Waiting for key to get to roof

• Solved many problems this week
• Board #4 still buggy and faulty
• Resolved problem of having the wrong schematic version for the PCB design

• Deploy board as soon as we have access to roof (before CDR)
• Start creating CDR presentation
  • complete by Wednesday November 9th
• Continue soldering on board #5
• Draft a new PCB with Real Time Clock and GPS
  • Look for GPS that can idle
  • to solve space issue consider another tier of parts
    • consider creating another tier on sensor board
    • same connections to MCP through SDA and SCL
