Final Presentation Guidelines

Each team's presentation should include the following:

  • Goal for your project
  • Block diagram
  • How you accomplished your goal
    • Description of your overall design
    • Methods/Procedure
    • Major problems you ran into and how you solved them
    • Power Budget and BOM
  • Final status of your project
  • Any remaining problems
  • Future improvements

When presenting, please keep the criteria from the following rubric in mind: presentationrubric.pdf. We will give teams feedback based off of this criteria.

  • Each team will have 15 minutes to present with 5 minutes afterwards for questions
  • Presentations should be saved to the Dropbox (SCEL > General > Papers & Presentations > x96 > Fall 2015 Final Presentations) at least 30 minutes before the meeting starts
  • If you made your presentation on GooglePresentations and the formatting is altered when downloaded, please save a pdf copy of the presentation in the Dropbox and share the presentation with Christie ([email protected])
  • Files should be saved as < Your team name >_PDR_Presentation.pptx.
    • For example, the Dragonfruit design team will name their presentation as “Dragonfruit_PDR_Presenation.pptx”.

The proposal presentations will be held on Saturday, December 5, from 8:30 am to 12 pm in Holmes Hall 389. Please respond to the google calendar invite that was sent out, and if you cannot make it, please also email Christie ([email protected]).
