Meeting Minutes April 25, 2017

Updates
- Fixed problem.
- Xbee was only receiving 2.7 V. Before we were able to run on 2.8V, but at 2.7V it doesn't seem to work
- Switched out our LM3940 3.3V regulator with the LM1086 3.3V
- Now Xbee gets 3.3V
- Relay works again. We assume the main problem was that the xbee not getting 3.3V
