Updates
- (sort of) Fixed problem with programing the Arduino thanks to Team Snapdragon
- Placed a 10uF capacitor in series with the FTDI RTS pin and the reset pin of the Atmega
- Remove the reset button
- No longer need to press reset button when uploading program to bare Arduino
- Only able to upload once

Updates
- Can now send frame from XCTU to Xbee on the bare Arduino
- Can now send frame from Xbee on bare Arduino to XCTU
- Our problem was that we forgot that the Xbee works with 3.3V. Added a 3.3 voltage regulator
- Started to test if the atmega can run on 3.3V
- Doesn't work if you still use the 16 MHz Clock
- Doesn't seem to work with a 8 MHz Clock
- Possible solution, re-burn the bootloader for 3.3V
