- tried to upload code to sending and relay Xbee: didn't work

- Populate 2 V.40 boards
- Pick up V.4.1 boards from Joyce

Updates
- Picked up v.4.1 boards from Joyce
- DigiKey and Mouser parts came in so we can finish populating v4.0
- continue troubleshooting xbees using Arduino: got the coordinator to detect relay Xbee
- could successfully upload code onto the relay Xbee
- uploading code for relay: was powered by battery and computer, so only plug into computer for power (no need battery)
To Do
- Finish populating 2 V.40 boards
- Start populating v4.1 boards
- have coordinator detect sending xbee
