We spent today populating another board to hand off to firmware team, since we weren't swimming in parts we had to recycle parts off of the broken board. It also have been revealed to us that the boards clock rate is at 8 Mhz, as such our initial understanding of the programming problem is even more confusing.

Finalized the order and sent in the board schematic to Kenneth for some kind of approval.
